How do you feel before embarking on a rigorous mental and physical mission?
I am excited to finally commence my fitness regime with regular yoga sessions later today. Along with the excitement, I also feel nervous about my ability to sustain this schedule until July 3, 2008. It seems soooo far away. I will have to maintain superior physical and mental fitness levels for the next 5 months if I am to complete this mission successfully.
Bring it on baby, I’ve got the will power!
